Description: Model Carmen Dell'Orefice seated on a red-on-white embroidered chaise lounge in a studio, wearing a sleeveless, thin-strapped blue nylon evening dress with a sweetheart-neckline shirred bodice and a low-hipped, floor-length full draped skirt, from Vogue Design for Dressmaking #6012, with a gold tassel necklace and gold and carnelian earrings from the Petit Musee, and elbow-length white gloves. Draped over the back of the chaise lounge is a gray mink cape by Maximilian.
